Special Conditions
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the Auction Conditions of VAN HAM apply additionally. In case of any contradictions between the Special Conditions and the Auction Conditions, the Special Conditions shall override. Contradictions do not exist if in the Auction Conditions regulate issues which are not regulated by the Special Conditions or if the Special Conditions only specify the Auction Conditions.
1 The lots pictured in this catalogue will be auctioned in the course of a public sale.
2. in one lot, one or more items are offered. It is only possible to bid for the lots. A separation of the items within a lot is not possible.
3. all lots are sold without any warranty.
4. in particular, no warranties will be made considering authenticity, age, genuineness, condition, etc. of the respective items. Section V2.5 of the Auction Conditions does not apply.
5 Deviating from sections V2.1 to V2.4 of the Auction Conditions, the warranty for items within the auctioned lot is foreclosed, if VAN HAM complies with its duty of care.
6. no photos can be made and/or send. Additional photos (frames, verso) can be found in our online catalogue on www. van-ham.com.
7. deviating from section V2.1 of the Auction Conditions, no condition reports can be compiled.
8. written bids will gladly be accepted until Tuesday, 23.02.2021.
9. bids via telephone will be accepted for lots with a taxation of € 500 or more.
10. deviating from section V4.1 4th sentence of the Auction Conditions, no bids will be accepted under reserve.
11. deviating from section V6.2 of the Auction Conditions, the auctioned items must be collected until Friday, 12.03.2021, at the latest. Due to lack of storing capacity we are compelled to put items which have not been picked up by Monday, 15.03.2021, into storage at the cost and risk of the buyer.

General Information
BRONZES & SCULPTURES
Indication of the artist refers to intellectual authorship of the model; the castings may also have been made after the artist's death. Materials other than bronze (zinc, galvanoplastic copper, terra-cotta, etc.) are expressly listed. Size stated in centimetres excluding base.
PAINTINGS
Dimensions are listed in the following order: height, breadth, deepness. Dimensions for paper works refer to the size of the sheet of paper.
MEASUREMENTS
Measurements are valid as follows: Height, Width, Depth; they are given in cm. measures of graphical works refer to the actual size of the representations respectively the plate size for etchings and engravings as far as not mentioned otherwise. Measurements in brackets "( )" refer to the paper size.
GENERAL REFERENCES
The description of the works of art has been given greatest care. Main defiviencies are mentioned in the catalogue. The condition of the objects is always being considered in the estimated price.
