Superb 4 vol. enc. in full skin, with dry wheels and golden threads in both planes, golden heraldic shield framing in a medallion the bust to the right of Don Quixote, in gold in the planes, and this framed in a garland in dry iron; nerves, curdled lomera, eyebrows and golden cuts, presented each vol. in a waterproof paper flask. The binding is signed by A. PALOMINO OLALLA. All the plates were drawn by Vanderbank and G. Kent and engraved in copper by Vander Gucht, Vertne, Baron and Claude de Boss. This is the first Spanish edition published in England and the first one also of luxury and great artistic value.
