Kauffahrteiszenen" (buying ice) scenes. Groups of figures of merchants not far from a tall ship or negotiating goods in front of castle-like warehouses. Polychrome painting. The shoulder is decorated with full-coverage ornament in purple
camaieum painting. Gold markings in the base and faintly visible in the lid. Sword mark. H. Six inches.
