ADVANTAGES of Telemachus [sic]. S.l.n.a. [18th century]. In-12 diary format (69 x 27 mm), thin enamelled metal plates decorated with gilt metal and mother-of-pearl inclusions, black morocco spine decorated along the length with a gilt castor, mirror in the lining and cardboard gusset at the end, paper endpapers with dominating, gilt edges, two-part red morocco case decorated with fillets, gilt castors and gilt irons (Binding and slipcase of the period).
Very curious and rare specimen of enamelled metal binding.
Almanac decorated with 12 copper engravings facing the folded pages of the calendar.
