PAIR OF CHAIRS with a slightly curved backrest in moulded, gilded and sculpted wood decorated with stylized rosettes, crosiers, fleurons or branches; rosette dice; saber feet.
Empire period (wear and tear on the gilding).
Coral fabric trim (used).
Old labels: one oval marked: "Le Garde Meuble Public/Bedel & Cie", the other rectangular marked "EN7", probably for Elysée Napoléon.
Height 93cm; width 41cm; depth 44cm.
Provenance: Private castle in the Centre region.
