Chevrant Breton Loïc
After practicing his engineering profession for a few years, Loïc Chevrant-Breton became interested in extreme poverty by participating in the ATD Quart-Monde movement.
He then turned to painting by entering the Beaux-Arts de Marseille at Luminy.
In 1990, he created the Arts et Développement association in Marseille. By offering artists the opportunity to work with children from disadvantaged neighbourhoods, by regularly taking part in street painting workshops, he links his two areas of interest. Currently retired, he divides his time between painting and research with the field actors of Arts et Développement on the meaning of their action.
