SECRETARY in mahogany and flamed mahogany veneer opening on the front with a drawer at entablature level, a flap and two doors at the bottom. Uprights in the form of fluted columns. The flap opens and reveals four two-row drawers and four lockers. The writing surface is covered with black leather gilded with small irons. Finely chased gilt bronze at the scraps, and upper crosspiece decorated with a frieze of loops. The flap and doors are framed by brass rods. All locks are cloverleaf.
