Mineralogist's cabinet in the shape of a secretary in moulded mahogany and ebony, opening to a flap with ten drawers, the lower one forming an inkwell, and to a leaf at the bottom with seven drawers.
Rounded fluted front uprights. Roughly fluted spinning tops. Green speckled marble top (applied) with a bronze gallery.
Flap with three locks, lower leaf with a support mechanism for the flap.
Late 18th or early 19th century.
