In ebony, Rio rosewood, espenille and mustouchy veneer, elephant ivory
filets and Boulle marquetry in pewter and
copper counterpart on a tortoiseshell base, opening at the top with two
projecting leaves and eight drawers, the central theatre with a glass bottom decorated with
columns and balusters housing a female statuette, opening at the
bottom by nine drawers in three rows, the base resting on four
tapered uprights with cut-off sides and decorated with large festoons, joined by a spacer
plate and finished with flattened ball feet ; the ring of the left front
foot, which has an uneven
