Mandau with blackhead
probably Sepik area, 2nd half of the 20th century, assigned to the ethnic group of the Dayak, handle made of antler fork, forged blade with punched pattern and inlaid yellow metal dots, wooden scabbard made of two parts, ornamentally decorated and surrounded by rich wickerwork and a hanging of animal teeth on pearl strings, leather used on the front, L sword ca. 80 cm.
