COMMODE called "A BAMBOCCI" in walnut moulded and carved and burr walnut. The rectangular shaped top decorated with gadroons on the edge, the chest of drawers opening by six drawers on four rows. The console uprights are decorated with naked figures, male on the left and female on the right, probably evocative of Adam and Eve. It rests on a cornice raised by acanthus leaf feet. Each of the eight handles is carved in relief with an individual musician, with keyholes in the shape of dolphins facing each other. The small drawer in the centre of the first row features two cherubs holding a medallion. Each drawer is framed by a frieze of eggs, the crosspieces have twisted gadroons extending from the centre.
