Pair of two-light arm sconces in gilt bronze and brown patina with musician cherubs decoration. The arms of light decorated with acanthus leaves emanating from the node on the child's torso are supported by two scrolls ending with flowers. Louis XVI style, 19th century. Height. 45, Width. 25 cm. (electrified, small wears to the patina). After a model by Jean HAURÉ delivered in 1787 for the Château de Saint-Cloud. The specimen is today kept at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. Pair of sconces with cherubs, based on a Louis XVI period model delivered for the chateau de Saint-Cloud.
