COMMODE IN ACAJOU
Opening by two leaves enriched with gilded bronze motifs on a military theme. In the centre an attribute of trophies, with a grimacing head in a medallion.
The uprights are fluted and topped with arrowheads and finished with clawed feet at the front and back. White marble top.

Note: This model is a faithful reproduction of the one made in the 1780s by the cabinetmaker Beneman for the cabinet of the Council of the Château de Compiègne.
Currently, the original model is kept in the Château de Fontainebleau.
