Structure in gilded bronze above rectangular black marble base, supported by four spindle feet. Rainbow-shaped superstructure above the base, in which the pendulum eye moves in the form of an Apollo head with a ray gloriole. The movement above with enamel dial ring with Roman hours and Arabic minutes. The moving gear wheels are visible in the centre, the hands are finely openworked, chased and gilded. Outside the enamel ring in dark blue with golden stars, surrounded by a gilded cord ornament. Crowned by a Jupiter eagle with open wings over foliage. Pendulum on metal spring suspension with anchor movement, lock disc striking mechanism with half-hour and hour strike on bell. Key available. (1240785) (1) (11)
