Fireplace clock with Orpheus

Case: On finely chiselled feet the rectangular body with indented antique bas-relief with a fine depiction of Orpheus, who thanks to his playing frees Eurydice from Hades. The movement with surrounding burnished natural rock representation with ascending lion and mounted Orpheus playing lyre, who enchants the lion. Dial: Surrounded by floral relief, Roman hours, two winding holes above the four and eight, guilloché, hands for hours and minutes, baton indices for minutes. One pendulum and two mismatching keys present. Not checked for proper functioning. (1240035) (13)
