LARGE FLAT DESK in rosewood veneer in ebony and amaranth fillet frames, opening with three drawers and two pulls. Tray sheathed in red morocco gilded with small irons, bordered by a large gilded bronze angle iron with a corbin beak. Sheath feet with four large dark brass flutes for asparagus. Rich ornamentation of bronzes : capitals in the antique style, drooping handles, lock entries, disc and hooves.
