The central panel showing St. Anna reclining on a couch assisted by three maids, having given birth to the Mother of God with many scenes narrating the Nativity of the Mother of God. Painted with complementary greens, reds and blues. The garment folds finely emphasised with gold folds. The crowded architecture of the background painted in red and blue.
