String by activation of crown or key in the case of others. Ffs. 19th century. Punches inside the back. Two of them English: "C.C" (Colen Hewer Cheshire), Cherter; "A.L.D." (A L Dennison: Aaron Lufkin Dennison), Birmingham 1909. One of the American watches: Birmingham punches (1878) and American Waltham Watch Company (Massachusetts) machinery. Two Swiss (one of them AGORA) and a French watch in silver metal. Four in working order. Small damage. Some are locked. 5.5 x 1.5 x 5.5 cm max.
