A spindle pocket watch with enamel painting Paris, Jean Romilly (Geneva 1714 - 1796 Paris), circa 1770/80, yellow gold, the watch cover worked in two shades of gold, in the middle a polychrome, fine enamel loupe painting with scene of oriental dressed ladies, white enamel dial with Roman hour and Arabic minute numerals, inscribed ''J. Romilly, a Paris'', winding at 2 o'clock, the movement also engraved ''Jn. Romilly, a Paris'', the case is stamped ''PBC'' on the inside under crown, s.a. ca. 61,5, d: ca. 4,5 cm. Movement starts up.
