The console leg principle is found on a gilded wood sofa (Paris sale, Artcurial, April 27, 2018, lot 227, as well as on another gilded wood sofa (Paris sale, Cornette de Saint-Cyr study, June 17, 2009, lot 106), both stamped by Delanois. This idea was largely taken up by the carpenter Georges Jacob.
