A Victorian novelty silver-gilt and enamel scent bottle vinaigrette, by Henry Dee, London 1869, modelled as a pair of binoculars/opera glasses, the hinged centre opens to reveal a hinged vinaigrette with a pierced grille, the silver-mounts with blue enamel decoration and with white dot decoration, one end with a screw-off cover, the other end hinged, in a fitted case, retailed by Jenner and Knewstub, full length 12.3cm.
