ART DECO CABINET
IN THE TASTE OF JULES LELEU (1883 - 1961)
In lacquered violet wood veneer opening on three slightly curved front leaves with diamond-shaped curves and inlaid with flowers and birds in imitation of mother-of-pearl and ebony; uncovering three sycamore veneer pedestals with three shelves each. The whole rests on four sabre feet, the front feet adorned with chromed metal hooves.
Three silver metal keys.

Metal stitches, scratches and scrapes. Important lack of gilding on the hoof and the lower net.
